Nothing was ever a problem even found us a shower chair. We didn’t need a full clean every day, but emptying bins was needed especially for my mums personal items. The coffee at reception was just awesome and convenient and we used our chunky cups as keep sakes. Our own tour company cancelled our scenic flight due to bad weather - your amazing concierge worked out the smaller planes had the weather impact but by moving us to a slightly bigger plane we still got our flight - it was spectacular (perhaps Lauren)Īnd another concierge sorted us on to a jet boat cruise picked up from the jetty and booked it with and hours’ notice (perhaps raj)
You were all kind and accommodating especially with my mother who was in a wheelchair - she had never been out of Australia, so this trip is very special
